We aim to support businesses in designing, managing and executing lasting beneficial change.

We provide a comprehensive range of professional services and experience to deliver large-scale, cross-territory transformation projects wherever our clients need us to be – from strategy through to execution.

The role

We're looking for a website administrator who will maintain web content and design to ensure our websites across the Mekong region are functional, accurate, eye-catching and up to date.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain the PwC Thailand, PwC Cambodia and PwC Laos websites.

  • Review content, links and designs, and regularly update and enhance regional websites.
  • Ensure coding standards are met, including the codes used in backing up and maintaining the websites.
  • Manage design and web projects from concept to completion while adhering to PwC brand guidelines and visual standards.
  • Liaise directly with end users, management teams and partners on their projects to clarify their requirements while reporting to the Brand, Clients and Markets team.
  • Monitor the PwC Thailand, PwC Cambodia and PwC Laos website data dashboards and report quarterly results.
  • Create fresh ideas and layouts for electronic materials used on PwC's websites and internal channels.
  • Provide web and design advice and solutions in response to user enquiries.
  • Update design templates and file designs and request backup data, such as tickets and feedback ratings for yearly reporting.
Required qualifications and skills
  • 4+ years' experience working in web administration, web design and/or graphic design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an IT field that uses visual design or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of web design and administration.
  • Basic technical skills in graphic artwork and design production with experience in both print and digital media: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, FreeHand, Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
  • Proficiency in HTML/HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, web services, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and user-friendly interface development/design.
  • Basic knowledge of Google G Suite, Word, PowerPoint and all design-related software is preferable.
  • Understanding content management system development (including themes, modules, integrations etc.).
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good command of English.
