As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:

• Utilize your well-rounded skills and experience related to insurance industries to steer your projects to a successful outcome.
• Develop new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems.
• Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends in business area.
• Gather requirement and classified requirement details with customer for the electronic point of software.
• Manage vendor and end users during requirement and testing phase.
• Supervise software implementation project with Agile/SCRUM methodology.
• Perform SIT,UAT, Training, post production support and etc.
• Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance.
• Share relevant thought leadership.
• Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing others.
• Able to read situations and modify behaviour to build quality, diverse relationships.

Qualifications:

Senior Associate shall demonstrate thorough abilities involving the following areas:

• Bachelor's with background in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related fields
• At least 1 years of experience within non-life insurance business & technology consulting area
• Ability to understand context-related problems to identify potential problems, analyse current capabilities, and provide recommendations and advices on related areas to align with client's goals
• Knowledge of one or more of following is plus: RPA, IOT, AI, blockchain, Enterprise Architecture, or related areas
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill
• Ability to learn quickly, flexibility and adaptability
• Good interpersonal skill with ability to work both independently and as part of team
• Possesses communication and presentation capability
• Enthusiastic and high commitment for achievement
• Proficiency in spoken and written Thai and English
