Job Description & Summary

You will help our clients transform their organization in order to deliver their business
strategy in one or more of the following areas:

• HR Transformation
• Organisational Design
• Change Management

Responsibilities

• A key liaison person with client working team
• Work with partner and director in business development activities and generate business opportunities, proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients
• Lead and manage team of consultant executing advisory mandates across the service range indicated above
• Supervise and train junior staff (senior associate/associate) in the prior activities you will also play a key role as coach to junior team members to develop their skill sets and competencies aligned with "PwC Professional"

Preferred skills

• Knowledge and exposure in the areas of HR transformation are highly desirable.
• Proven record of accomplishment as a project manager for large-scale project
