Job Description & Summary
Job purpose
The Japanese Business Support Manager takes accountability for managing business development activities, including administration and coordination to support leaders. The person must manage assigned projects, prioritise work, meet deadlines and drive business results.
Key responsibilities
- Develop appropriate content that responds to the Japanese clients' needs.
- Translate English Tax Insight, Legal insight, Tax Newsletter into Japanese.
- Deliver the translated publication or materials with impact and quality.
- Properly store, file and manage translated materials in the database.
- Manage social sites
- Event management (design, plan and propose the events with the budget that drive business outcomes).
- Administrative support
Qualifications
- Japanese native with excellent writing skills and English proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Minimum of five years of related experience.
- Computer literacy – MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Google Meet, Google Calendar, Salesforce, etc.
- Experience with web communications, publishing, usability and/or social media is a plus.

- Good organisation skills and experience with project/event management.
- Proactive and good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Service-minded with client focus and flexibility.
- Problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset.
