Job Description & Summary

A career within Digital Transformation Practice under Finance Transformation team, will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations use enterprise technology to achieve their digital technology goals and capitalize on business opportunities.
We help our clients implement and effectively use Oracle,Anaplan and other EPM offerings to solve their business problems and fuel success in the areas of finance operations, supply chain management, reporting and analytics

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

About the Role
You will work with our clients and our internal cross line of service teams to:

• Develop and design strategies, and deliver finance transformation projects which help address our clients' evolving needs in the finance function along the dimensions of insight, efficiency and effectiveness, and control
• Identify initiatives to help clients transform / improve their finance and operational processes in areas such as Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting, Consolidation, Profitability & Cost Management, Management Reporting
• Support the implementation of relevant technology platforms in the finance function from a functional standpoint such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Hyperion, Cognos, and Anaplan
• Develop tactical plans to help clients implement these strategies and measure results

About you

• You are likely to be a Finance professional with the following key attributes:
• Degree in Accounting/Finance related discipline from a reputable University, with strong skills and experience in finance and treasury processes
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience including Consulting (Finance) background with demonstrated skills in managing projects and communicating effectively with clients and teams; or otherwise with industry experience in the finance function in a business partner role
• Experience with working on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Performance Management or Treasury platforms / technologies
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of senior executive level engagement

Preferred skills

Demonstrates some proven knowledge and experience in roles providing finance process improvement in the following areas:

• Budgeting and forecasting, Long Range Plans, Rolling Forecasting
• Month End Consolidation Process, Close and Consolidation Controls Procedures, Statutory Reporting Requirements
• Financial and Management Reporting Leading Practices, Experience Developing Reporting Packages
• Master Data Management Leading Practices

Demonstrates some proven knowledge and experience in roles providing technical implementation of EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) tools:

• Oracle Cloud EPM (EPBCS, FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS, Narrative Reporting, TRCS)
• SAP
• OneStream
• Anaplan
