The role
We are looking for a podcast and multimedia professional who will work closely with our team to develop and execute communication campaigns aligned to the Brand, Clients and Markets and business strategy to enhance our brand. This role requires an individual with experience in editing, producing, and content and operations management.
Podcast and communication production Knowledge of recording and editing sound (video is a plus). Extensive knowledge of audio/podcast production. Excellent organisation, planning and communication skills. Ability to adjust production tone and style to meet the varying demands of different audiences and assignments. Experience in planning marketing initiatives in conjunction with overall organisational strategies and objectives. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Key responsibilities Create the production schedule. Work with the Creative Lead and team to oversee pre-production, post-production editing and workflow. Collaborate with marketing, brand, design and social teams to optimise content for distribution. Manage podcast series recordings, ranging across various topics. Coordinate and assist with guest scheduling and rescheduling. Record, edit and contribute to the development of podcast content. Perform audio engineering tasks such as tuning, mixing and levelling. Prepare and design graphics that are appropriate to the podcast's content.
Skills required Bachelor's degree or higher. 3+ years of audio/podcast production experience. Proficiency in audio editing with Pro Tools. A collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing needs. Ability to multitask several projects at the same time. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. Special consideration is given to graphic design, video production and motion graphic abilities.
