Working hour : Flexible time, Mon - Fri 0900 am- 0600 pm

• Plan, develop and implement distributors in personal direct sales and franchise shop format.
• Establish strong strategic partnership with Personal Distributors and DragCura Franchise by leading them to Premium Oral Care Prevention Concept.
• Measure current sales with Distributors and develop action plans to increase sales revenue in term of number of channels and in each channel.
• Identify and target Channels / Distributors which provide sales opportunities
• Provide data to support monthly product forecasting process.

• Thai nationality, male or female, age 25 years old up
• University degree in business administration OR high vocational education
• Minimum 4 years experiences of direct sales or distributor development or franchise business.
• Good understanding of how to manage distributor relationships to ensure a profitable collaboration.
• A proficient understanding of the principles and best practices in Sales Channels
• English will be advantage.
