Philip Morris (Thailand) Ltd. is seeking a talented person to join our procurement team as a Supervisor Procurement. You will be working under the guidance of Manager Procurement in guiding the Procurement Executives and developing the procurement activities to achieve the optimal balance or value for money and to meet internal customers' requirements.
- Provide initiatives to develop procurement strategies and cover business requirements in the most valuable and sustainable manner
- Perform spending analysis and deliver relevant recommendations or conclusions
- Formulate sourcing recommendation with collected and analyzed market intelligence and insight in accordance to sourcing strategy and direction
- Develop business relationships with key stakeholders to flexibly adapt to deliver business targets and to ensure proper level of customer support
- Supervise Procurement Executives in the execution of significant sourcing activities to ensure high quality service delivery
- Monitor the procurement documentation maintenance on workpoint sites, intranet, or in the form of newsletters to support Procurement's communication strategy
- Appraise and develop Procurement Executives to ensure smooth knowledge transfer
- Minimum - a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics or related field
- Minimum 5 years of total working experience with 3 years of professional experience in procurement
- Exposure to people management with cross countries experiences, including shared service center
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and influence others
- Extensive experience in negotiation management
- Broad knowhow in Source-to-Contract process (And the Procure-to-Pay process is a plus)
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- Advanced Computer literacy (MS Office â Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
