• Organize the project management and lead the meeting
• Distribute the working process and prepare for the potential report
• Reduce risks and issues
• Correct all errors of the strategic plan
• Assign the project to team workers with motivate ways
• Team Management
• Motivate and develop the team with agile method
• Remove all barriers that block the team performance
• Improve the organization resources and capacity for the project
• Suggest and develop the team members
• Cooperate with both team member and stakeholders to motivate team member to fasten the working process
• Create empowerment among the team member
• Make sure every member is fully participate on each project
• Product Owner Support
• Support the product owner to satisfy customers expectation
• Communicate with stakeholders
• Implement the effective system of project management
• Process Management and Improvement
• Define and manage the project process
• Support the process and develop for the best of Agile Project Management
• Create the effective working process and ensure the potential communication channels among the team workers and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• More than 3 years of working experience in the field of leading projects in a consulting environment
• Have an experienced of Agile management and consulting is a plus
• Experience in Agile methodology: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc. is a plus
• Be able to adapt with self-starter who is the beginner in the ambiguous environments
• Have a logical and analytical to solve the problems in order to deliver the project management to enterprise-level projects
• Have a strong leadership skills and coaching skills
• Outstanding in communication skills and motivate the team member to achieve the working process
• Be able to rank the hierarchy of task management and separate all works to team members
