We recently launched Ninja Easy, allowing customers to call a parcel pick-up within 90 minutes at competitive pricing, powered by Ninja Points across Bangkok.

• Interpret operational data, analyse result using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports in daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Develop and implement system automation, including database management, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Coordinate with Operation Support to conduct performance review
• Lead small projects related to operational improvement, i.e. to identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
