A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Be single contact point with customers and assist Customer Facing Supply Chain Manager in driving Perfect Order Cycle with customers and innovative collaborative Supply Chain solutions that deliver a competitive advantage by optimizing cost to serve and maximizing fresh product availability in offline and online retail
  • Build Relationship and Trust with the Customer:
    • Maintain the contacts with the customer either by being based or in remote (telcos & spot visits), with or without access to the Customer's systems
    • Gain insight into the Customer's operations
    • Understand Customer's needs
    • Understand the Customer's KPIs and the way of measuring them
    • Review the KPI at defined frequency
    • Deliver actions to respond/eliminate operational issues
  • Ensure availability of Products by Ensuring a Perfect Order Cycle with the Customer:
    • Monitor the PPIs and KPIs that support the Perfect Order Cycle
    • Solve root causes of failures throughout the O2C E2E process with the customer
    • Develop joint projects and activities to Close the GAP (Master data Alignment, Inventory, Replenishment, OSA & Freshness, etc.)
    • Ensure wastes and inefficiencies are eliminated from order processing
    • Facilitate timely deliveries and no outstanding payments through orders follow-up
  • Support performance excellence with the Customer:
    • Deliver supply chain excellence by implementing continuous improvement projects and routines
    • Align cross functional team e.g Sales, Supply Chain functions to drive improvements with customers
    • Implement collaborative processes (CPRF, CCP)
    • Escalate problem solving and facilitate the expert-to-expert contacts between NestlÃĐ and the Customer's teams
    • Contribute the acquired insight to develop skus and packaging which fit the Customer's expectations
