A DAY IN A LIFE OF...
  • Develop and enable the execution of the Category agenda across Channels (inc. Key Customers) to support long term Category growth and profitably increase market share based on Shopper and Customer requirements
  • Accountable and Responsible for implementing activities that deliver Category/ sub Category growth based on consumer insight, shopper insight and customer requirements as identified in ICP.
  • Accountable and Responsible for working with related team to develop the in-store vision of success (Perfect Store) for the Category/ sub Category in each channel. Recommends actionable in-store solutions to support in-store vision. Supports its implementation and continuously review the effectiveness of our in-store actions.
  • Accountable and Responsible for recommending clear promotional guidelines based on shopper understanding and current market knowledge.
  • Accountable and Responsible for preparing and implementing activity master plan and project network
  • Responsible for preparing relevant documents and forms regarding to operation routines
  • Responsible for ensuring adherence to all company principles and policies
  • Ensure compliance of team's activities with the WHO Code, local code and the Nestlé Instructions

ARE YOU A FIT?
  • 3 years experience in Trade Marketing/ Category Development and/or Marketing with Sales experience
  • Experience in FMCG is a must
  • Ability to understand key business functions
  • Ability to understand linkage with data analysis and integration, presentation, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good command of English and computer skills
