Enabling the 450m underbanked individuals to access financial services can be an inspiring and daunting task. Therefore, we are seeking a Director of Engineering (DE) to drive new businesses for MoneyTable. DE will be responsible for developing a strategy and implementation plan for an exciting new product of MoneyTable. The ideal DE shall have an obsession for improving traditional Finance Technology and Logistics and possess an entrepreneur mindset. Passion for cultivating and building a high-performing team is also a must with the ability to communicate and collaborate with C level executives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategy to increase the revenue and client growth
- Develop, improve and maintain sales and operations of sales targets and profit target
- Understand competition, innovation and competitive strategy within the business
- Build relationships with new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Present company solution and service to clients
- Be able to come up with a sales strategy to approach clients and win deals
- Implement sales activities to achieve sales targets
- Work with Sales Team, C-Level Executive and related business units to develop business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, IT, or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience (Executive Level) and 5+ years of experience (Manager Level) in Sales, Business Development in engineering, banking, finance, IT or other related fields
- Experience in B2B, enterprise or corporate sales or business development expertise would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Information Technology, Business process, entrepreneurship and management principal is essential
- Excellent in communication, presentation and negotiation skill
- Proficiency in computer skills, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize tasks
- High energy, self-motivation, willing to work hard and the desire to work in a dynamic start-up environment
