Enabling the 450m underbanked individuals to access financial services can be an inspiring and a daunting task. MoneyTable offers HR Operating System, Digital Lending Solutions and Secure Payment Technology. Our goal is to enable the seamless and efficient financial automation for the underbanked and SMEs populations.   

Therefore, we are seeking a Director of Engineering (DE) to drive new businesses for MoneyTable.  DE will be responsible for developing a strategy and implementation plan for an exciting new product of MoneyTable. The ideal DE shall have an obsession for improving traditional Finance Technology and Logistics and possess an entrepreneur mindset.  Passion for cultivating and building a high-performing team is also a must with the ability to communicate and collaborate with C level executives.

Responsibilities:

• Developing the Event Strategy and Event Action Plan (Yearly, Quarterly, and Monthly)
• Implements the plan to achieve the goal.
• Managing suppliers to develop products and deliver event projects from proposal right up to delivery.
• Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.
• Setting, communicating and maintaining timeless and priorities on every project.
• Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently.
• Travelling to on-site inspections and project managing events
• Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish
• Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery qualification.
• Hands-on knowledge of event budgeting and financial tracking required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital, Online Marketing, e-Commerce, Information System, or business related disciplines
• At least 2-4 years experience or above in marketing with extensive digital product knowledge. 
• Experience in Software, SaaS selling, I.T./Retails/ICT industry will be an advantage
• Candidate must be motivated and have positive and proactive mindset
• Strong organization skills with excellent analytical mindset and communications skills
• Good command of presentation and communication skills in English
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize tasks
• High energy, self-motivation, willing to work hard and the desire to work in a dynamic start-up environment
