We are looking for a Senior Creative to oversee all aspects of Creative and Copywriting processes at the company.

To us, a Senior Creative is the person who has well knowledge and experiences in copywriting for the marketing industry. This means that your Senior Creative duties will involve managing activities such as Copywriting, guide junior and mid level creative team, managing tasks, setting the standard of quality contents and marketing activity, and so.

The job of Senior Creative is important to our core business to be successful. Our company has a vision that Mascot design isn’t just a design but it must have life in it. Therefore, a well experienced creative person who knows how to narrate the story and convey the message for end users to understand the meaning of contents deeply is very vital to our success. 

Responsibilities

• Become a first window as Creative team to allocate the works to internal creative team

• Planning and creating engaging contents direction on social media

• Shoulder the responsibility of the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team

• Participate in and provide regular opportunities for professional development and growth to team

• Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution

• Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and company ideals

• Work with internal and external strategic partners to create contents using the most current industry best practices

• Serve as a liaison between the marketing and creative team and between the creative team and individual clients

• Anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions

• Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environment

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is a plus)

• At least 3-5 years of experience in the marketing field and graduated from a related major.

• Critical thinking and user insight analyzing skills

• Copy writing skills

• Project management skills with multiple members

• Have a deep and broad knowledge of advertising campaigns worldwide

• Knowledge of Marketing communication, Branding and Digital media

• Have good knowledge of culture, market, social trends

• Have planning skill, leadership skill, presentation skill
