You will have a chance to work at the Export department at the top-selling houseware brand, Super Lock. You will be working with 40 different countries of clients. You will learn how to do export business end-to-end from sales and marketing, to export logistics.

Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and increase sales of the existing customers.
• Maintain and improve our relationship with the customer
• Follow up with the production team to get the products delivered on time
• Manage export documents (eg. FORM D) accordingly.
• Book shipments with the shipping company.
• Travel abroad to international exhibitions in USA, Germany, Hong Kong, and Japan
• Update customer of our new products and new promotions
• Works 5.5 days a week (every other Saturdays)

Qualifications

• Male or Female, at least 25 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in any fields
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Very service minded - making good impressions on customers
• Experience in export sales is preferred
• A strong sense of active sale person - finding new sales opportunities
