Our client, an established brand with more than 200 stores in Asia and London office is seeking for a Fashion Advisor. The working location is at Icon Siam, Bangkok

Job Description: 

• Results focused and have a strong sales focus and proven results
• Handle customer’s queries about merchandise and promotions
• Build good relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach
• Actively attend to customer’s needs and provide outstanding customer service, demonstrate good product knowledge as well as create a shopping experience that will make customer feel welcome and comfortable 
• Determine customer needs based on personal features and preferences as well as offer to provide different sizes, colors, styles and make personal recommendations. 
• Maintain a high customer readiness standard by delivering a clean, neat, easy to shop store environment
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude in every situation to constantly raise the level of service provided
• Maintenance and organization of store such as managing inventory, replenish stock, visual merchandising for the department assigned and maintain store appearance & cleanliness
• Performing cashier duties
• Ability to create an experience for our fans (both customers and team members) that is personal, exciting and creative.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and the needs of the business
