You will join our Jakarta or Bangkok office as part of our regional recruiting team. You will recruit for assigned practices across your aligned office and regional locations and drive best practices in its delivery.

You will have flexibility to balance between working from office and home locations.

You will be a thought partner and coach to stakeholders on recruiting related topics and will keep abreast of market advancements and firm needs to ensure the best talents are hired and integrated into the firm.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruiting life cycle (e.g., convening resources, driving processes and contributing to developing best practices). You will translate profile requirements into an effective sourcing strategy to approach, attract and cultivate candidate interest, guiding stakeholders to deliver operational excellence with distinctive candidate and stakeholder experiences.

You will have the freedom to try new ideas and you will constantly learn and grow. A strong emphasis will be placed on mentorship, apprenticeship and continuous refinement of your craft.

There is flexibility to hire at recruiter, senior recruiter or executive recruiter level based on experience.
