You will be a thought partner to stakeholders on recruiting-related topics and will keep abreast of market advancements to ensure the best talents are hired and integrated into the firm.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruiting life cycle such as convening resources, driving processes and contributing to developing best practices. You will drive the practice's requirements into an effective sourcing strategy to approach, attract and cultivate candidate interest, guiding stakeholders to deliver operational excellence, with distinctive candidate and stakeholder experiences.

You will drive our recruiting strategy across MD, taking innovative approaches on how to find the right MD talent (not only digital consultants but also tech talents including architects, product owners, data scientists, data engineers, etc.) across all sources, some of where we may not have traditionally hired.

In addition to the responsibilities above, you will actively contribute to achieving our affinity recruiting aspirations. All our recruiting team members should focus on attracting a diverse pool of candidates that represent the communities we live and work in, understand and manage their pipeline and follow the firm's recruiting processes that promote inclusion.

There is flexibility to hire at recruiter or senior recruiter level based on experience.
