You will work with key stakeholders to set appropriate assessment strategies and assessment teams. You will collaborate and coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure ongoing candidate viability and advance the case effectively and efficiently. You will partner closely with dedicated Talent Development & Sourcing and other relevant teams within Recruiting (e.g. Assessment, Affinity) to bring the right functional expertise and innovations to bear on the external partner hiring and onboarding/integration process. Lastly, you will work closely with multiple Senior Partners who drive the Direct Elect Partner Recruiting efforts.

In this role, you will play a central role in supporting the hiring, election, and onboarding of external partner talent that meets our strategic leadership needs while ensuring a distinctive experience for candidates. You will work with our Research and Executive Sourcing teams to identify the talent we need to engage and cultivate.

You will lead a distinctive interview process on behalf of the firm to ensure that external partner hires meet our strategic talent needs and our partner election and success requirements. You will collate all the assessment feedback into a master summary vital to the candidacy of each partner candidate's final review process. The team will lead external partner hires cultivation, onboarding, and integration to set them up for success at the firm.
