You will be tasked with strengthening McKinsey's reputation across diverse markets in Southeast Asia through multi-channel communications campaigns that highlight our expertise and research, with a particular focus on Thailand.

You will perform duties, such as: content development and dissemination in which you'll collaborate with McKinsey partners, practices, offices and other communications colleagues to disseminate local and regional thought leadership assets; Stakeholder and event management, which you will identify and capitalize on external engagement opportunities, including with Thai and regional media, key government entities or business associations, clientele, and alumni; Leadership communications, in which you will collaborate with McKinsey partners to advise on the effective development of their communications to external and internal key stakeholders; Reputation risk, in which you shall anticipate, identify, and respond to reputation risk issues to protect and enhance McKinsey's reputation by reviewing materials and proactively shaping external narrative; and written communications which you should be able to create clear, structured, and engaging written communications products in English, even when messages are complexed and/or nuanced.
