Who You'll Work With

Your selected market will be your base where you will work closely with clients at different levels – from senior management to front level teams. You will also work closely with the in-country Orphoz leadership.


What You'll Do

As Consultant, you will work in teams deployed at ongoing transformation projects at public or private sector clients.
These projects can be 3-18 months long, where our objective will be to help ensure our client outcomes are achieved and frontline capabilities embedded in the client organization, while working flexibly within client teams, building broad client trust, and showcasing our project management competence.
You will apply technical and soft skills to drive change and execute initiatives, while coaching clients at the same time. These projects will often have a digital and technology angle.
You will serve as key contact for specific workstream(s) within a project, and will independently manage and ensure the quality of the project work, also reporting progress to and seeking guidance from your Delivery Manager.
You may also be asked to support preparing proposals and winning engagements.


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of work experience, including project delivery in the context of transformation projects
  • Prior experience in programs with a strong digital or tech component, where you routinely worked with front-line operations teams and conducted workshops
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or other technical areas with a strong record of academic achievement
  • Qualifications such as Agile, Scrum, Prince 2, Lean Six Sigma, and Jira are desirable
  • Action driven individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and agility required in a consulting environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English, combined with the language of your local market – Indonesian, Thai, or Vietnamese
  • Flexibility to travel if needed
