Lead and manage client's project and collaborate with creative team to deliver the best marketing communication experience for consumers. Monitor result of ads placement and provide revision where needed. Keep an open eyes for new opportunity to expand business.

• Manage and maintain client relationship to ensure clarity of brief and communication target. Work with creative team to deliver high quality online and offline communications suitable to target market that leads to customer engagement.
• Create marketing plan. Take a lead in proposing new projects and ideas to clients. Analyze results during and at the end of campaigns to suggest revision when needed.
• Analyze various industries to find opportunities to approach new customers with communication ideas.
• Work with creative team in coordinating the campaign and manage outsource suppliers, influencer groups, bloggers and etc. that would help deliver the best quality communication.
• Lead, coach and manage workload and responsibility of Account Relation team members.
• Manage client's needs with honesty and ingenuity.

• Bachelor degree in Mass Communications, Communication Science, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in sales, marketing, project coordination, customer relationship management.
• Knowledgeable and comfortable doing market analysis as well as various social media marketing metrics on platform such as Facebook and Instagram. Experience with digital marketing agency is a plus.
• Leadership skills with sense of ownership. Work systematically and attentive to details.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills. Stay positive. Love to work in an engaging team.
• Possess a creative mind and willing to think outside the box. Enjoy using social media as a platform for marketing communications.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• Good English skill is a plus.
