Our company needs to fill an immediate opening for the position of Business Development Coordinator. We operate new project in an excellent location of Central Bangkok . Currently, the new project is set-up for oversea marketing plan around Bangkok. As Business Development Coordinator, you will become the public face of our company and the key liaison between the management office of developer and our current and agency or prospective client. We're looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who has previous sales experience and can offer competent service to our client. You will work with another leasing agent on a rotating schedule and answer directly to the leasing coordinator. • Liaise with internal team for sales planning, procedure and working schedule to ensure the effectiveness of dealing with client
• Demonstrate excellence service to maintain healthy relationships with business partner and client
• Handle and response to customers' enquirer effectively.
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
• Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problem
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
• The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and excellent time management and organisation

• Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 28-35 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in any related field
• Good communication in English (Speaking, writing and reading)
• Good communication in Chinese (Will be advantage)
• Computer Literature ( MS office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint), able to use Internet and/or social network
• Strong Business development or Sales experience (who is not motivated by commission or incentive but prefer who is eager to seek new opportunity or finding challenge that help company expanding new business)
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation&communication skills.

• Result oriented, active, enthusiastic, innovative, flexible and good interpersonal skills
