Lumentum is currently hiring the IT Analyst report to the IT Enterprise Applications Manager. As a member of IT team, you will have responsibility for the management, development, ongoing maintenance, and technical support of our HR Systems, including but not limited to Workday HCM in the focused area of sophisticated compensation and benefits. We offer fully remote position, based anywhere in the Thailand or Malaysia, or Taiwan.
Responsibilities Include:
- Implement based on our HR technology requirements in Workday Benefits or Compensation areas.
- Develop, test, and implement new integrations, interfaces, and upgrades of HR systems in conjunction with vendors and our IT team.
- Define, evaluate, and configure HR systems/tools together with our HR and non-HR groups to ensure efficiency in HR's processes and data integrity across all HR systems.
- Develop and maintain user guides and conduct end user trainings.
- Responsible for production and non-production HRIT support of researching and resolving system problems.
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of HR programs and processes and delivering HR technology solutions in a Global environment.
- Able to exercise discretion and judgment with little or no supervision in carrying out daily tasks.
- Good ability to communicate and work optimally in a team environment
- Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with attention to details.
- Highly organized to meet daily tasks and run multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
- Sophisticated MS Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) are required.
Preferred Expertise
- Have Workday Certifications
- Experience with Workday applications including Workday Benefits and/or Workday Compensation.
- Experience building Workday integrations using standard connectors, web services and Workday studio
