We are looking for alternative / talented / unique profiles and experiences to become our Art Director. You are an industrial designer with a strong and recognized experience in product design. Your experience allows you to understand different markets and cultures, and you speak very well English. • Reporting operationally to the President and to the Thailand GM, you shall :
• Build upon and evolve the creative vision for the company,
• Understand design and put forth fresh approaches to product creation,
• Lead the strategic direction for the collection concept across three markets,
• Demonstrate decision-making skills in terms of prioritizing work distribution across the multinational creative team, keeping creatives on schedule and managing their time,
• Meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements,
• Determine project content by reviewing and approving art and copy materials developed by staff,
• Contribute to marketing strategies by examining client objectives; planning, scheduling, and completing design and production requirements for direct marketing, telemarketing, and advertising.
• As part of your Design team leader's role you shall also :
• Understand the cultural differences between the US / Europe and Asia, adapt as necessary for each client and contribute to the team's better understanding of the same
• Create and develop new products, improve existing products
• Create custom designs for our renown clientele, working for the variety of their brands.

• Must speak impeccable English and capable of participating in executive level business meetings.
• Proficiency in the use of Adobe suite, Solidworks or Rhino would be an asset.
• Experienced in industrial design.
• Have proven understanding of financial business concepts and constraints such as working within specific client parameters in terms of budget or objectives to define appropriate products or determines production requirements by reviewing client requirements; considering scheduling factors.
• Oriented product development / deep knowledge in materials / understanding of the brands / brand management / photography / advertising …
• Male or Female with 15 years' experience or more.
• Bachelor degree in industrial design or related fields.
• Highly organized, self-disciplined, dynamic with good communication skills.
• Service-minded team-player, willing to learn and challenge him/herself to contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and company.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
