As an Assistant IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring and delivering various impactful projects in a timely manner. You will work with project managers and bridge the gap among our teams. We are building a team that is passionate and proud of what they develop.

• Manage the projects in a structured and Agile manner
• Analyze requirements and define the most appropriate solutions
• Plan a detailed timeline for projects and manage tasks that individuals must complete
• Communicate in a clear concise manner to clients and team members
• Work with customers to review progress and adjust development accordingly
• Conduct project closure activities to formalize and communicate the project acceptance, handover documentation and ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a postimplementation review to identify areas of improvement.

• Experience with Agile development
• Prior experience as a programmer
• Able to communicate and present ideas clearly
• Ability to organize and manage time effectively
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Humble and willing to learn
