Establish marketing strategy to achieve channel target.

• Acquire new customer (Tesco Lotus Credit Card) via online and cross sell channel
• Initiate marketing strategy to approach targeted customers, and also create campaign mechanic, financial assumption, and communication plan as well as execute on campaign launch based on business partners' requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to understand and deliver marketing activities in time.
• Support Telesales team to acquire customer to reach channel target
• Manage budget allocated to reach yearly target
• Analyze campaign outcomes with post analysis report campaign by campaign to monitor and improve performance

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business and Marketing or related fields
• Minimum 3 years in Marketing or related fields
• Background in online marketing preferred
• Good in English communication
• Excellent communication skill
