SAP Business Partner
ที่Krones (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Design and implementation of new or improved system processes in conjunction with the local and global process owners
- Ensuring new processes fully compliant with existing processes in the subsidiary and between the subsidiary and HQ
- Analysis of all results from process activities and ensuring any issues are reported to the relevant process owners
- Review and advise on Continuous Improvement opportunities of existing processes
- Help in the co-ordination of projects (planning, leading, organizing, testing) and support of major projects within the group
- Supervision and controlling of IT and process projects and operational activities with regard to time, cost and quality
- Development of Business, Management and Executive reporting tools
- Creation (and maintenance) of project, process and training documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure the standardization of processes across subsidiaries wherever possible (local deviations for legal or fiscal reasons)
- Delivery of SAP training and user education (SAP Navigation and system use, Custom Transactions, New features)
- Master Data Maintenance and governance
- Monitor SAP User Roles and Access Authorizations
- Contact person between the subsidiary and the headquarters
- Automation of manual processes following best practice methodology
- Assisting in local SAP Service Desk requests and system Change Requests
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in SAP application support or analysis
- SAP experience in FI, CO, MM and SD modules
- Knowledge in SAP B1 would be advantage
- Good English communication skills
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to communication well within the organization, project management, and problem-solving skills
