JOB DESCRIPTION

• ​​​​​​​Plan and execute events for shopping malls and others business unit from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
• Prepare project budgets and ensure adherence;
• Act as a key coordinator to liaise with different parties, close monitoring to ensure a smooth operation and step up to resolve any problems that might occur;
• Proactively liaise with strategic partners on tactical campaigns to drive new customers and work with counterparties on driving special offers and value-added services to customers.
• Manage all aspects of event production, including copywriting of events programs, event logistics, negotiate with vendors and suppliers, and on-site events management.
