Kaizen Clicks has an immediate opening for a Digital Media Buyer to work out of our Bangkok, Thonglor Office. In this role you’ll be helping our eCommerce media buyers to manage and scale high-budget ad campaigns across a number of traffic sources. You don’t have to be a “pro” - we will train the right individual – but please only apply if you are familiar with the online advertising industry. This role is heavily reliant on creativity and the ability to use data to make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and optimize online advertising campaigns from start to finish.
• Work across one of our major traffic sources, such as Facebook or Google Ads
• Analyze media buys and associated metrics on a daily basis to ensure profitability.
• A/B test ad copy, images/videos, and funnels effectively to meet performance goals.
• Analyze web metrics, provide campaign effectiveness reports, and implement optimizations.
• Perform competitive research of effective competitor ads in similar niches.

Desired Skills

• Experience advertising on Facebook Ads, Pinterest, Google, Native or similar.
• Excellent level of spoken and written English
• Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop
• Understanding and knowledge of landing page design and optimization.
• Self-starter that shows strong initiative and passion for digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on optimization.
