We are looking for young & talented scientists with background in BIOTECHNOLOGY, BIOCHEMISTRY, MICROBIOLOGY, BIO-PROCESSING or relating fields to join our Fermentation team at JuiceInnov8.

You will be working on cells production and development of natural sugar reduction technology with multiple microbial strains.

• Work with the fermentation team in optimizing sugar reduction process & flavors
• Select and test new strains from our library & identify the optimal conditions of cell production and sugar reduction for candidate strains
• Collaborate with Bio-process Design & Scale-up team for a large-scale production

• BSc./MSc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Bio/Chemical Engineering, Bioprocessing or relating fields
• 0-3 Years Working Experience
• Minimum undergrad GPA is 3.0 or equivalent
• Research and/or industry experiences with microbial strains fermentation is a plus
• Hands-on experiences isolating & characterizing molecules using GC, GC/MS or/and HPLC
• Understanding of metabolic pathways of yeast/bacteria
• Experience in running bioreactor to downstream processing is a strong plus
