We are looking for young & talented SCIENTISTS with background in BIOTECHNOLOGY, BIOCHEMISTRY, MICROBIOLOGY, MOLECULAR BIOLOGY, SYNTHETIC BIOLOGY or relating fields to join our Strain Development team at JuiceInnov8.

You will be working on strains improvement from new strains screening, non-GM strains development to biomass production optimization.

• Screen& isolate new strains to expand our yeast and/or bacteria library
• Research & identify critical growth factors for each candidate strains
• Collaborate with our fermentation team for biomass production optimization & taste improvement with non-GM approach

• BSc./MSc. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology or related field
• 0-3 Years Working Experience
• Minimum undergrad GPA is 3.0 or equivalent
• Research or industry experiences with microbial strains fermentation will be a plus
• Understanding of metabolic pathways of yeasts and organic chemicals and biochemical reaction
• Experiences in cell isolation, strain identification, DNA sequencing, purification
