Assistant Manager, Finance Applications

·        Provide first tier support to identify problem and provide solution to the property for Finance system based on supervised by manager.

·        Create and maintenance Finance reports by Finance system reporting tools.

·        Manage user accounts and permission to align with standard Finance system.

·        Organize and manage Finance system roll out for new properties.

·        Overview and monitor company configuration standards for Finance system

·        Provide refresh training to ensure maximize using Finance system.

·        Performs other tasks related duty as assigned.

The successful candidate has:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting Information System, Management Information System or related field

·        Minimum two years of experience in ERP Microsoft, Dynamics NAV and Jet Report will be advantage

·        Experience in hospitality business will be advantage

·        Have knowledge of Accounting Information System, Database Structure and Programming Logic

·        Good interpersonal, communication skill, and strong problem solving skill

·        Good command of Thai & English, both written and spoken

·        Thai nationality only.
