This position is in charge of creating and conducting the marketing plan for the stores which puts the main purpose as gaining the brand awareness and motivate customers for the store visit. In achieving so, the management of the subordinating staffs to further conduct effective branding is another responsibility at priority.

Job Scope Marketing:

• Plan the company's annual marketing plan including the media channel and messages
• Monitor and measure the increase in store awareness and traffic
• Coordinate with suppliers for the campaigns and communication plans
• Utilization of mascot (coordinate with relevant parties)

In-Store-Visual-Merchandising:

• Plan and create all in-store visual merchandising such as POP and category boards
• Coordinate with suppliers for all the contents and graphics to ensure all communication materials in the store are appropriate

Publicity:

• Build a good relationship with press and media to ensure the maximum exposure to their media at all times
• Provide news and information to the media
• Work closely with Siam Piwat marketing team to attain maximum level of their assistance
• Work closely with istyle Inc. PR team to share the releasing topics
• Prepare the communication guidelines including corporate profile and publicizing information

Owned Media and Membership:

• Manage the company's webstie and keep it updated
• Create the membership program for the store customers
• Utilize SNS to communicate to the customers directly
• Manage all owned media to make sure the content and delivery methods are appropriate

Team Management:

• Train and develop the skills of subordinate
• Set the tasks with clear and measurable goals for subordinates
• Monitor the daily work of subordinate and provide coaching as needed
• Suggest company for the ideal career path for the subordinate

• Qualifications Required
• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Worked in retail industry at least five years
• Worked as marketing (such as Ads, CRM, Event, etc) for at least three years
• The innovative and creative mind
• Keen to the items/topics/people in trend
• Logical thinking
• High inter-personal skill (especially with suppliers)
• Strong leadership
• Able to teach and coach subordinate
• Open minded, absorbing different cultures
• Customer oriented
• Bright with above/below the line advertisements
• Bright with SNS and websites
• Bright with beauty and cosmetics products and their supplying companies
• Has experience of working in Siam Piwat Group (nice to have)
