Job Roles: Partner Engagement and "Live Learning" Project Manager - Associate Director

• Strategize and design learning solutions (such as Digital Learning, Classroom Training, and Live Learning) for all types of clients
• Oversee the partner engagement process for all learning solution types starting from expert partner identification for each knowledge category until the end where we have agreed with expert partners on scope of work within the target timeline
  • Identify and/or advise team on the potential expert partners that are suitable for each knowledge topics covered within BrighterBee Learning Solutions
  • Prepare presentation to introduce expert partner to BrighterBee Learning, the possible partnership model, and scope of content to co-develop which are customized for each expert partner
  • Lead the discussion with expert partners about BrighterBee Learning Solutions and Partnership Model
  • Create win-win cooperation with our partners 
• Oversee the Learning Solution development process (such as Digital Learning and Classroom Training and Live Learning) with engaged expert partners and internal teams (such as Live Learning coordinator, content team and production team)
  • Facilitate the discussion with expert partners with other internal stakeholders such as learning solution designer and production team in order to design, produce, execute and market co-developed learning solutions
  • Supervise all internal stakeholders on how to best engage each expert partner
• Particularly for Live Learning, manage teams to launch of all Live Learning successfully
