Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Computer related, or any other fields.

Thai Nationality

Minimum 1-5 year working experiences in recruitment IT,recruitment IT outsource, function in IT business.

Able to work independently to perform a full life-cycle of recruitment function

Sourcing IT, Programmer or any Non-IT related positions.

Active, enthusiastic, service-minded, strategic thinking, fast learning, and good interpersonal skill.

Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem solving skills

can work in a dynamic environment under pressure

Responsibilities:

Manage the full life cycle Recruiting process including job postings, resume sourcing, candidate interviews, resume submittals, reference checking and offer negotiations& screening, interviewing, producing our standard resumes and providing executive summaries

Search for qualified candidates IT from our database.

Conduct interview with qualified candidates to support our clients in various industries including IT,

Offer job vacancy to candidates. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.

Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client , Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)

Coordinate interview schedules and closely following up on the progress,Maintain recruitment database accuratel.

Creativity in sourcing passive and active talents in targeted sourcing tools e.g. social networking, website, referrals, etc

 Achieve recruitment target that assigned by Management.
