Impekable is looking for a client-facing, self-directed, extremely organized full-time Digital Project Manager in Bangkok to join our team. Headquartered in San Jose, California, we are a global design and development agency with a growing team in Bangkok. We work with great clients (Google, Adobe, Netgear, Accenture, Twilio, Aruba, startups, etc.), use cutting-edge technologies, and have an exciting roadmap.

The ideal candidate is someone who has agency experience website and software design and development, is well-versed in agile processes, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes complete ownership of projects from beginning to end.

You'll be working closely with our other Project Managers, Designers, Front-End and Backend Developers, and the Executive Team during every phase of our projects. You'll serve as the primary point of contact between our clients, engineering and design teams.

• Serve as the primary point-of-contact for project stakeholders (including executive level)
• Be responsible for planning and managing the execution of digital projects from beginning to end
• Manage cross-functional project teams including assigning individual project tasks, holding regular meetings to monitor progress
• Seamlessly set up Project Management systems as needed
• Be responsible for ensuring the highest degree of quality for all deliverables including design files, prototypes, code, etc.

• 5 years of project management experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is preferred
• Experience with digital products preferred
• Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills
• Technical aptitude towards software technologies
• A passion for creating elegant & cohesive experiences across the digital ecosystem, ones that truly WOW the user
• Experience in a fast-paced interactive agency
• Excellent client facing and communication skills
• Detailed technical understanding of the entire mobile and web app design and development process
• Proven experience in establishing and managing cost and schedule
• Ability to work with both designers and engineers to create a collaborative work environment
• Experience working with pool of shared resources
• Experience working and communicating with cross-functional teams – Designers, Engineers, QA, Product Managers, Senior-level stakeholders
• Experience with agile and scrum project management methodologies
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills
• Familiarity with project-management tools; Jira, Confluence and/or Trello
• Proficient in both Thai and English
