Your Role and Responsibilities
IT Specialists in this job role will have expertise in Enterprise Server technologies, including hardware architectures, operating systems. And be able to apply their technical skills to plan for, develop, deliver, and support properly engineered IT services and products to meet the needs of a business.
IT Specialists in this job role work with products or solutions based on client hardware and/or operating system software. The primary duty is to be able to implement, administer, and troubleshoot enterprise system server including operating systems, subsystems and system software. A deep knowledge of enterprise architecture and system software is highly desired.
IT Specialists will also be working closely with the client in order to identify potential issues and fix existing problems. An inter-personal skill, presentation skill and problem-solving skill would be an advantage
Typical examples of the deliverables are building proof-of-concept solutions with server system technology, architecting server solutions to address client requirements and providing incident reports to summarize issues and recommendations to clients
The employee focuses on individual/team objectives and development of professional effectiveness.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Skills:

Professional knowledge related to Enterprise system server and operating system.
Requires ability to absorb professional knowledge quickly and develop skills via various resources such as publications, documentation, webcast, internet resources and self-practice.

Communication/Negotiation:

Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions
Collaborate effectively with team and customers
Good command in English for skill development and communication with others, SME team
Presenting with purpose and negotiation is a good advantage

Problem Solving:

Recognize job-related problems, analyze causes using existing techniques or tools, prepare and recommend solution alternatives.
Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve.

Contribution/Leadership:

Works on professional projects; work is often reviewed for developmental purposes.
Understand the standard mission of the professional group and vision in own area of competence.
May directly influence people in own project.
Position may require coordination of activities of less experienced or less knowledgeable team members.
