Your Role and Responsibilities
UPR

• Lead meeting with DHL on monthly UPR.
• Coordinate with all platforms & follow up on long aging of defective parts return
• Coordinate with spare part planner & DHL on defective parts send for repair at each vendors aboard.
• Prepare daily UPR report for all platforms.
• Manage an administrator and technicians repairing defective parts return.
• Work with spare part planner to follow up on baby part back log that need for repair.
• Day to day problem solving on case by case basis.
• Coordinate and work with dispatch team.

ISO

• Prepare customer satisfaction report.
• Consolidate monthly ISO report.
• Act as internal auditors on yearly basis.
• Record minute of meeting for monthly ISO meeting.
• Review and revise ISO quality manual according to changes.
• Be the center point of ISO.
• Be the center point of process changes for tracking and log changes.
