Your Role and Responsibilities
As a leader within our SAP practice you will participate in new and existing implementations, as well as in new prospective client engagements.
In project delivery, you will be responsible for the overall success of the project by helping and guiding the team to deliver innovative business solutions through design, build and test, rollouts as well as responsibility for and systems integration. Work in collaboration with enterprise architecture, information security, application & infrastructure teams, to produce an optimal, high level, conceptual, and cost-effective design.
Working with the vast and diverse network of talented SAP professionals, you as a subject matter expert and with your leadership capabilities, ensure successful project delivery and client success. Act as an arbitrator, as needed, to bring the appropriate parties together to drive discussions to decisions in a timely manner. When required, you would be able to demonstrate SAP system capabilities.
Participating in pre-sales discussions with prospective clients, you will be able set and influence strategic direction of SAP and advice clients on possible solutions, by understanding the long-term and short-term perspectives. Work closely with key stakeholders from various lines of business to develop realistic roadmaps as well as the possible rollout approach and timelines.
You will have a big picture ownership of generational technologies comprising of the SAP solutions. By combining both strong technical and business skills as well as analytical and problem-solving skills, serve as the conduit between businesses and technology. You would be able to analyze new technologies, market trends and infrastructure directions e.g. SaaS/Cloud, and determine the potential impact on the enterprise.

• Has been in similar role in 5+ full lifecycle SAP implementations for a diverse range of companies covering multiple regions / countries, including post implementation experience.
• A proven ability to design and implement end to end SAP solutions that meet the unique needs of the customer and an ability to identify, develop and implement solutions to gaps in requirements so as to meet the needs of the business
• Around fifteen years of overall experience and a well rounded technology exposure, in areas such as application design and development, data migration, application integration, cross functional integration across SAP, middleware, information security and technical architecture.
• Proven ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales adopting various project delivery/development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile etc.)
• Strong experience in architecting SAP solutions: SAP S4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BO/BW, PO/PI and exposure to other SAP SAC, BPC, IPO, Master Data Management and SAP Mobility.
• Experience in a Specific industry and in implementing SAP industry solutions, would be an added advantage
• In addition to functional consulting, be able to understand the architecture constructs and protocols such as SOAP, REST etc.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent leadership, proven team management, organizational and planning skills
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
