Your new role

As a specialist in finance and accounting for manufacturing with both industry and management experience, your leadership will become the future of the company. Your responsibilities will be overseeing the entire finance function of a subsidiary. While mentoring a team you will be improving, automating, and upskilling financial planning and analysis implementations. Prior experience in manufacturing will be critical in forecasting business plans and managing monthly accounts to allow management to make suitable decisions. This is a hands-on management role requiring both strong technical, as well as stakeholders and people management experience.

What you will need to succeed

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional Qualification
• Previous experience in manufacturing companies
• Positive can-do attitude, proactive, and committed
• Possess strong communication skills
• High level of integrity, strong analytical skills and able to meet tight deadlines
