Work description:

• Responsible for technical support and professional service delivery of H3C products
• Responsible for pre-sales product testing support for H3C product
• Responsible for customer satisfaction and service quality in technical support and service delivery processes
• Promptly upgrade issues in the service delivery process and actively cooperate with other departmentsto resolve issues 

Work requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, computer networking or related discipline
• Over 5 years experience at Networking Communication field
• Good expertise of Networking, Routing/Switching L3/L4, TCP/IP
• Good experience on network product, like Switch, Router, Security and wireless
• Deep hands-on experience in Configuration and troubleshooting and Network Solution crafting of Routers, Switches and Wireless 
• Good communication skill & proven abillity to relate to customer representatives at various levels
• Fluent in English, be able to use English as working language
• Preferably have H3CIE/CCIE/HCIE certifications
