My client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work within it's growing software development business here in Thailand.

The suitable candidate should have experience working within a similar role in Thailand and be comfortable with all aspects of the requirement gathering and platform design process.

Strong, clear communication skills and an enthusiastic, positive outlook are all important characteristics
and will be considered alongside relevant experience.

Essential Skills:

• Proven ability to identify, analyse and document solution requirements from both a business and end user perspective
• Comfortable using wireframing/protyping tools to develop mockups and system specs
• Solid understanding of the end to end development process and familiarity with associated document types, BR, SRS, User Stories .etc
• Ability to develop flow diagrams / UML
• Good problem solving skills and ability to ask the right questions to get the most accurate information in a timely manner
• Understanding of enterprise software and infrastructure concepts
• Expertise in R&D
• Able to develop training material and provide training to end users
• Able to create test cases, test scenarios and testing plans
• Confident and well presented
• Driven, energetic personality, able to operate with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills in English
• Bachelors degree
• Passion for technology and product development

Advantageous Skills:

• Any exposure to application development projects conducted in the retail sector
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM
• Strong technical skills in software and IT infrastructure areas
• Ability to design database structure / schemas
