VPP Progressive, Ltd., a company under VPP group, is a markets full-service coffee related supplies manufacturer and trader. Key account supervisor will be taking part in managing our customer accounts in horeca and food service segment.

• Act as primary point of contact between assigned accounts and internal teams.
• Propose sales strategy and track sales performance within assigned accounts portfolio to ensure target achievement.
• Maintain good relationship and coordinate with existing key account partners to constantly proposing product solutions to cater to their end-consumer needs.
• Identify new prospect accounts and their product requirements, coordinate with various internal and external teams through the customer buying pipeline.
• Negotiate trading terms, including pricing, discount, quantities, identify appropriate promotional and marketing budget for assigned accounts.
• Provide monthly performance report and competitor analysis – report to Sales Director

• 5+ years experience in key account management in coffee or F&B industry
• Bachelor degree in business management or related degree
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skill
• Required driver license
