We are a leading private lending firm based in USA. Our services include business loans, equipment financing, commercial mortgages, personal lines of credit, real estate investment loans, and more. We’ve been operating since 2013 and service clients in all 50 states. We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Loan Consultant to contact customers in USA and offers our financial services. (this is not a remote position). You will be working USA Hours: 8PM to 5AM, and 100% English Fluency is Required. Compensation is issued twice a month in USD from our American office. Bonus offered if you speak Spanish. <b>This is NOT a remote position. </b>

• We pay 2 times a month
• You can earn 100,000 to 300,000+ baht a month with our serrvices in the USA market.
• 10,000 base commission to cover transportation.
• We provide hot leads/clients daily and training

Job Responsibilities:

- Familiarize yourself with our loan products and procedures

- You will be primarily responsible for converting both inbound, qualified leads (via phone, e-mail) and calling clients to offer our services

- Manage entire sales cycle including managing leads, qualifying prospects, and leading the closing process by gathering necessary documents

- Follow up daily with potential clients and provide managements with reports

- Identify client needs based on their financial situation

- Meet weekly sales metrics and monthly funding quotas and provide reports to management

- Inform prospective clients on our loan application process

- Educate referral partners on our products, as you begin building your own team of sub-agents - Assist management with new company initiatives when required

Requirements:

- University Education in relevant field (marketing, customer service, finance, business, etc.)

- Between the ages of 25 and 50

- 100% English Fluency in writing speaking (5,000฿ bonus if you are fluent in Spanish)

- Experience working for loan companies, insurance sales, real estate sales, telemarketing, etc. (preferred)

- A proven track record of meeting established sales goals and quotas

- Ability to learn new concepts quickly

- Clear communication skills and exceptional customer service

- Ability to work 8PM-5:00AM in a Phra Khanong office
