Job description and responsibilities:

• Identify training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regulation consultation with the HR Manager and Department Manager
• manage and control training and development implementation to be effective and smoothly executed as planned
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers and related parties to determine the training effectiveness and areas of training improvement
• Organize company events such as New Year Party, Company Outing/ Team Building and Charity (CSR) events
• Handle Performance Appraisal, Promotion System, Succession Plan
• Assist HR Manager in HR related duties as assigned

Job requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in HRM or HRD, General Management or other related fields
• Good knowledge in HRM and HRD concepts such as competency, performance management, training assessment
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training and development, employee engagement
• General knowledge of various employment law and practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team-based project
• Being independent and self-starter
• Computer literacy in MS Office with focus on PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Good command in English both written and spoken
