Job description and responsibilities:

• Working as the direct point of contact with all Department and Employee to proactively support the delivery of all HR activities
• Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance
• A full spectrum of overall HR functions - Recruitment, Organization Development, Training, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Appraisal, Employment Regulatory Compliance, Employee Engagement, and Payroll Management
• Responsibility for strategic and operational recruitment and selection processes; sourcing both internal and external from every possible channel, screening applications, conducting interviews, assessing and providing advice to line managers to select the most fit-to-job candidates
• Conduct and supervisor monthly payroll and administer benefits systems to ensure accurate and on-time payment
• Ensure and develop Compensation and Benefits package to attract, motivate and retain high performance to align with business direction and strategy
• Manage the annual performance evaluation process
• Plan and implement employee training & development program based on business needs
• Provide advice on labor law and company regulations with all Department

Job requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in HRM or HRD, Business Administration, Political Science or related field
• At least 8 years of experience across most of the key pillars; Recruitment, Training&Development, Compensation&Benefits, Talent Management
• Having knowledge of labor laws 
• Strong leadership ability with good interpersonal and communication skill
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to the detail
• Good command in English both written and spoken
