The Future Leaders Programme suits graduates who want a career with real purpose. It's an accelerated development programme that equips graduates with the knowledge, skills and attributes to move quickly into senior positions at GSK. You'll experience diverse aspects of our business and will build breadth into your career by taking rotations within your business unit, by moving into a different business area.  Participants benefit from a rich variety of structured training, individual mentoring, and opportunities to relocate globally. From the start, our challenging rotations will help you deliver the standards of excellence that we'd expect from a future leader in healthcare.

This is a three-year program that includes four rotations with assignments in areas including:  Medical Representative; Marketing; Commercial Training; and Finance.

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor (graduate by April 2019) in Pharmaceutical, Bio Medical Sciences, or Sciences. Master's degree is a plus
• No more than 2 years post graduate work experience (if any)
• Have experiences 1 year in sales is preferred.
• Strong professional skills and good academic results
• Authorized to work within Thailand

Preferred Qualifications:

• Analytical skill, drive change, influencing skill and commercial awareness
• Location mobility is required and must be able to travel
• Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken)

Timeline & Assessment Process

• Applications open now and will close on 16 March 2019. It is expected that our Assessment Centers will run in April 2019.

Next steps in our application process

If you seem like a good fit based on your application form, we'll invite you to complete our World of GSK online assessment. This will give us a better idea of your strengths and suitability for our Future Leaders graduate programme. Please check your email daily to see if you've been chosen – and complete the World of GSK by the deadline given.

If you succeed in the World of GSK, you'll progress to the GSK Life job simulation. Following this, we will be looking back over the whole of your application so far to decide whether you meet the specific requirements of the programme in the country you have applied to. The final round is our Assessment Centre. We anticipate this will be in April 2019

3. สำหรับผู้ผ่านการทดสอบในด่านที่2 จะได้รับเมลล์ยืนยันเพื่อเข้าสู้รอบ Video Interview   

4. การทดสอบด่านสุดท้าย ทำภารกิจครึ่งวัน กับทางบริษัทฯ (Final Assessment)
