• Assists Digital Director for recruiting
• Formulates new digital business strategy, analyzes the execution plan.
• Prepares internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
• Be a representative director to orchestrate and follows up team members to collaborate as planned
• Formulates and recommends an optimum approach to our team policies and operations

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineer, Marketing, Business, Psychology or Law
• Highly strong in critical thinking and logical skills
• Versatile and highly approachable among people with different background
• 2-3+ years of direct experience with leading enterprise, start-up, media agency, ad-tech or consulting companies
• Extensive experience with digital and corporate strategic planning
• Advanced Excel and MS-Office skills, experience with analyzing large data-sets and delivering actionable insights
• Ability to deal with a dynamic team and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details
• Has a sense of business acumen and understand ongoing business priorities
• Good English communication, quantitative and creative skills
